What our warranty includes

90 days, parts & labour — Your repair is covered for 90 days from the date we complete it.
The parts we fitted — If a part we installed develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it.
The workmanship — If the issue relates to the work we carried out, we’ll put it right at no cost to you.
Every store — Your warranty is honoured across our UK stores, not just the one that did the repair.

Being upfront with you

New or accidental damage — Fresh drops, cracks, bends or knocks after your repair aren’t covered by the warranty.
Liquid damage after repair — Water or liquid getting into the device following a repair falls outside the cover.
Third-party tampering — Repairs, modifications or parts fitted elsewhere after we’ve worked on your device.
Unrelated faults — New, separate issues that aren’t connected to the repair we carried out.
Physical warranty seal damage — Tampering that prevents us verifying the original repair.

Our technicians assess the device to confirm the fault relates to the original repair.
