Roles across our stores
- Repair Technician — Diagnose and repair phones, tablets, laptops and consoles to a high standard. Experience welcome, but attitude and aptitude matter most.
- Trainee Technician / Apprentice — New to repairs? We’ll train you from the ground up if you’re keen, careful and eager to learn.
- Store Sales Assistant — The friendly face of the store: welcoming customers, handling enquiries, buy-and-sell and accessories.
- Store Manager — Lead a store and its team, hit targets and deliver the customer experience iCrack is known for.
